I wanted to enjoy this book so bad that I wonder if my high expectations played a bad trick on me. I was so curious to know how the story continued for WesLiz, especially to see Wes’ point of view. The plot definitely has a level up in maturity but I would say 75% of the book went around in circles and based on miscommunication. Rounding up my rating to 4 stars, but really it’s more like a 3.5.
