Katherine Angel es doctora en Historia de la Sexualidad y en Psiquiatría por la Universidad de Cambridge. Su primer libro, un ensayo sobre el deseo sexual titulado Unmastered. A Book on Desire Most Difficult to Tell, se publicó en 2012 y recibió una enorme atención en los círculos académicos anglosajones. En la actualidad imparte clases sobre escritura creativa y crítica literaria en la escuela Birkbeck, anexo de la Universidad de Londres. El buen sexo mañana es su tercer libro, en la estela de su ensayo anterior, Daddy Issues, publicado en Alpha Decay en 2020.
