Excelente! Este libro contiene información valiosa sobre las causas de las enfermedades que nos aquejan, y de las cuales no somos conscientes; contiene información académica y datos de investigaciones en un lenguaje sencillo de entender. Este libro debe ser lectura obligatoria para psicólogos y terapeutas, y cualquier interesado en conocer su cuerpo y mente. Lo super recomiendo.
