Sinopsis

THE INTERNATIONAL BESTSELLER, NOW FULLY REVISED

ONE OF THE WORLDS BEST LOVED BOOKS ON HOW TO FIND LASTING PEACE AND HAPPINESS, BY RUPERT SPIRA, A LEADING SPIRITUAL THINKER AND AUTHOR WITH OVER A MILLION FOLLOWERS.

"Rupert Spiras articulate and very intimate style of teaching is truly transformational"
Rhonda Byrne, author of The Secret

Most of us spend our lives looking for peace in the world: in success, relationships, experience, even spiritual practice. But what if the happiness we seek is found not in what we are aware of, but in awareness itself?

BEING AWARE OF BEING AWARE, which is leading non-dualist Rupert Spiras best-selling and best-loved book, guides readers through this fundamental question. First independently published in 2018, it has sold over 50,000 copies sold worldwide, with minimal retail distribution. Now, it has been extensively revised by the author to reflect the latest insights from his global retreats, that thousands attend every year. Spira has a dedicated following of over a million across all platforms, who also tune into selected sessions from these retreats.

Drawn from guided meditations conducted at Spiras retreats, Being Aware of Being Aware reveals that peace is not something to attain, but the nature of what we already are. Everybody is aware, all seven billion of us. We are aware of thoughts, feelings, sensations, and perceptions. All people share the experience of being aware, but relatively few people are aware that they are aware. Very few people ask, "What is it that knows this flow of thoughts, feelings, and perceptions? With what am I aware of my experience?"

The contemplations in this collection will lead readers toward their own experiential understanding of that which we all call "I"

REVIEWS FROM READERS:

"This book is a roadmap for leading us to peace & happiness through the recognition of our shared essential being. Rupert with his ability to articulate guides the reader past layer after layer of their culturally conditioned mind to the expansion of their mind experientially to who they are existentially. Highly recommended."
- Ron Donovan

"The essence of nondualist teaching presented with great clarity and warmth. The analogies are memorable and instructive. Undoubtedly a spiritual classic."
- Peter Dobbing

"Being Aware of Being Aware explains non-duality perfectly, as only Rupert Spira can. Having watched him speak many times online, I read this with his voice in mind. The layout, which allows for reflection, is exactly what you need as a reader. Highly recommend this book for long-time Rupert Spira fans, and also anyone who is interested in or searching for peace and happiness"
- K. Owen
